Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the DialWise platform (the "Service") provided by DialWise. By creating an account, placing or receiving calls through the Service, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

DialWise provides AI-powered phone answering, scheduling, and customer-communication tools for home-services businesses. Service features, pricing, and limits are described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or to place outbound calls or send messages without the required consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or equivalent local rules.

3. Call recordings and consent

Calls handled by the Service may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and post-call processing. You are responsible for providing any disclosures required by the jurisdictions in which your callers reside (including two-party-consent states).

4. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe according to the plan you select. Per-call and per-minute overages, if any, are billed in arrears. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
