This Privacy Policy describes how DialWise ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the DialWise platform (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, password hash, business details you provide at signup or in your dashboard.
- Call data — phone numbers, call audio, transcripts, structured outcomes, and metadata generated by the AI agent during calls handled on your behalf.
- Billing data — payment-method tokens and invoice history processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — log entries, IP addresses, and device data captured when you use the dashboard.
2. How we use information
- To deliver and operate the Service.
- To improve voice-agent quality (transcripts and recordings may be analyzed for prompt tuning and bug investigation).
- To bill you and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, security notices). Marketing email is opt-in only.
3. Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the Service (telephony, speech-to-text, LLM, hosting, payments) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable archival period, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@dialwise.tech.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dialwise.tech.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and role-scoped access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@dialwise.tech.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard.
