This Privacy Policy describes how DialWise ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the DialWise platform (the "Service").

We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the Service (telephony, speech-to-text, LLM, hosting, payments) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable archival period, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@dialwise.tech.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dialwise.tech.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and role-scoped access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@dialwise.tech.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard.
